•II/ III-Level Support regarding network (Backend, Branch/ Store, Incident/ Problem/ Change/ release/Configuration Mgmt.), III-Level Planning & Solving Group
•overall responsible for the Incident management process for LAN/WAN
•delivery of complex non standard orders (special reports for customers, etc.)
•work with the vendors (eg. Cisco, Juniper, F5, Nokia) to drive short- & long-term initiatives
•at least 3 years of directly related experience in network administration and support
•fluent in English
•working knowledge of IP Telephony and Cisco Unified Communications solutions and collaboration platforms such as WebEx, Jabber, Spark
•CCNA Collaboration or CCNP certification
•certifications with Juniper Security and/or F5;
•5 paid sick days, 25 days paid holiday, Mulit-Sport card, paid annual public transportation, language classes
•50% paid certifications
