• Proven commercial and sales excellence within the (FTL) Road Transportation industry
• 2+ years sales and business development experience within Logistics
• Prior experience as Branch Manager are preferable
• Proven success in Account Solicitation and Implementation
• Proven success in Account Management and Development
• Experience in People development and leadership is a must
• Strong strategic orientation, influence skills and business savvy
• Excellent communicator and fluent in Czech and English. German and any additional languages are advantageous
• Bachelor/Master degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent in work experience
• Develop new business by focusing on customer opportunities and market potential
• Create, implement and lead a sales strategy delivering growth and increased revenue
• Develop and grow existing accounts to generate more revenue and expand cooperation
• Develop, maintain, and optimize carrier relationships and capacity procurement strategies
• Develop sales people, account managers and operational staff needed to meet company growth objectives and customer service expectations
• Create, budget, and execute a business plan together with your team, encompassing sales, key account growth, people development, carrier/capacity strategy, and profitable branch growth
• Develop and manage partnerships within the company's network to enhance overall growth and profitability
