Senior product engineer / lead engineer Břeclav

• Technical leadership of the product from development through to successful series production
• Functional coordination of engineering and design activities within the project
• Acting as the main technical contact for the customer
• Coordinating cooperation between the customer, suppliers and the manufacturing plant
• Leading design reviews and resolving technical changes and deviations
• Assessing product design with regard to manufacturability and assembly
• Working with CAE/FEA simulation results, MoldFlow and dimensional analyses
• Supporting the development, trials and approval of production tooling
• Leading engineering activities within APQP, PPAP, D-FMEA and DVP&R
• Working with CAD data, technical documentation and BOM in PLM / Teamcenter
• Selecting technically and economically optimal solutions and taking responsibility for the program engineering budget
• Providing technical support during production launch and subsequent product or process changes
