What both positions include:
- Every day comunication with B2B partners
- Answering guestions and help with problem solwing via mail, phone, chat
- Work with internal resources to answer customer issues
- Working with customer documentation
What is needed for this position:
- Advanced French or Italian (B2-C1)
- Communicative English (B2)
- Strong ability to solve problems
- Good comunication skills
- Positive attitude to technology (Technical support only)
- Previous experience with technical/costumer support is an advantage
