What both positions include:
● Every day comunication with B2B partners
● Answering guestions and help with problem solwing via mail, phone, chat
● Work with internal resources to answer customer issues
● Working with customer documentation
In position TECHNICAL SUPPORT you will also provide technical support to B2B customers focused on mobile computers, scanners, printers.
What is needed for this position:
● Advanced French or Italian (B2-C1)
● Communicative English (B2)
● Strong ability to solve problems
● Good comunication skills
● Positive attitude to technology (Technical support only)
● Previous experience with technical/costumer support is an advantage
