3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer with the ability to work independently.
2. Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM) and CNC machine operation.
3. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
4. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and blueprint reading.
5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
6. Excellent communication skills in English, B1.
7. Driver’s license cat. B
8. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
9. Being able to provide photos of previous completed work is also a plus.

Wage ranges between 600-700 weekly (17-19 per hour gross) depending on experience.

• Accommodation is already deducted from this salary and will range between 100-130.
• Accommodation type will be single room or studio.
• Work will be around Rotterdam. If this is not the case, you will be notified before coming to the

Netherlands.

• Normal day shifts, if different, you will be notified before coming to the Netherlands.

CNC Programming:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations using CAM software.
• Independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate and efficient

CNC programs.
3. Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that manufactured components meet specified

tolerances and quality standards.

• Perform in-process inspections and make necessary program adjustments to maintain quality.

4. Problem Solving:

• Identify and troubleshoot programming and machining issues independently.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve production challenges and optimize processes.

5. Communication:

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to understand project requirements and

ensure seamless execution.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to provide updates on project status and

challenges.
