Pracovní náplň
address unpaid invoice escalations by coordinating with Accounts Payable (AP) team, finance department, and vendors to resolve issues promptly
push for timely support from providers in case of service disruptions or issues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
oversee and manage the calendar for maintenance activities, ensuring all scheduled maintenances are tracked and communicated effectively
handle new orders, server replacements, cancellations, contract terminations, and the initiation of new contracts
collaborate with the CW or AP team to create Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle R12 and manage invoices for Concur reports paid by card
manage the onboarding process for new vendors, including the management of Agiloft for document control and providing guidance to vendors on necessary documentation
assist in the planning and forecasting of the budget, ensuring alignment with procurement and financial objectives
