Strategy manager Modletice

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Strategy Manager with expertise in project management, preferably within the international food retail sector, to join our strategy team.

The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives, focusing on driving projects forward while ensuring alignment with our positioning strategy.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, an energetic self-starter fitting the food retail industry.

What do you need for this position?

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (>5 years) in strategic planning, project management, preferably within the international food retail industry.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on driving projects forward, ensuring diligence, follow-up, and push to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to inform strategic initiatives.
• Structured way of working; self-organization / time-management / organizational talent.
• Proactive and persuasive personality with distinctive ability to quickly become acquainted with new areas of responsibility.
• Team player with results- and solution-orientation mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
