Senior Category Buyer with German or French |remote| Praha

What you already have:

• Advanced English and German in Spoken and Written form (B2+)
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic or tactical buying
• MRO experience is an absolute must
• Experience with sourcing, and negotiation activities
• Some management or team-lead experience
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects at once

Do you have extensive experience in strategic purchasing?

Do you have experience with Category Management in MRO?

Do you have experience with leading a small team?

If you are not from Prague, no worries! You can work remotely and go to the office just for meetings once in a while.

As a Senior MRO Category Buyer your key responsibilities will be:

• Supporting category managers with sourcing and procurement strategy
• Leading a small team of procurement specialists
• Daily negotiation with clients and stakeholders
• Evaluation of suppliers/vendors, sourcing new suppliers
• Discussing with vendors and evaluating their products and capabilities as suppliers
• Managing all supplier selection and procurement activities
• Actively involved in continuous efforts to improve operations
