What You´ll Be Responsible For:
- Design and implement a global material property management system
- Create and maintain a structured database for operations-relevant material data
- Define processes for collecting, processing, and integrating material attributes
- Categorize materials and form similarity clusters to optimize data management
- Evaluate alternatives and ensure smooth integration of materials from acquired companies
- Collaborate closely with departments like Production, QA, Procurement, and R&D
- Support system integration (ERP/MES) and enhance “new material release” processes
- Contribute to cost optimization and solutions for component shortages across sites
- Implement digital tools and automation for more efficient procurement workflows
- Advise and support international teams on material-related decisions and challenges
What You Should Bring:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Knowledge of compliance, procurement, and material management systems
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Assertive communication with a professional, intercultural approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, PLM software
- Fluent in English and Czech; German is a plus
- Confident presentation and stakeholder influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
