Production Supervisor Zdiby

Are you ready to be part of something new and exciting? We are a recruitment agency seeking a Production Supervisor for our client, CTi Europe s.r.o. – a newly established European branch of a Taiwanese manufacturing company with 60 years of expertise in the wire and cable industry.
CTi Europe is building a sustainable, high-quality manufacturing operation in the Czech Republic, and we are looking for a motivated leader to oversee assembly line production and ensure operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:
Assembly Line Management:

• Implement production plans to ensure smooth operations and meet daily targets.
• Manage, train, and allocate a team of approx. 15 operators to maintain efficiency.
• Handle unexpected manufacturing challenges to minimize downtime.
• Create production reports (daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly) for continuous improvement.

Material & Cost Control:

• Ensure all necessary production materials are available.
• Monitor material shortages, overflows, and waste, taking corrective actions.
• Control material losses and drive cost-reduction initiatives.

Quality & Process Improvement:

• Maintain high-quality standards in production processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
• Analyze production abnormalities and implement preventive measures.

Who We Are Looking For:
✔️ Experience: Background in assembly line manufacturing; quality system experience is a plus.
✔️ Education: High school diploma or higher.
✔️ Languages: Proficiency in Czech and English.
✔️ Flexibility: Willingness to undergo 1-month training in China.
