Advocacy manager - cosmetics industry Praha

Join one of the world’s largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care. The COTY company is now seeking new collegue for the position of Advocacy manager.

• create and implement PR & influencer marketing activities for 4 CEE markets: Czech, Romanian, Hungarian and Slovak within brand plans to achieve the overall company goals
• create and implement PR & influencer marketing activities within brand plans to achieve the overall company goals.
• team up with mktg team to promote chosen brands from our portfolio through dedicated relevant PR techniques and tools, as well as effective influencer marketing
• cooperate with agencies and lead the influencer mktg process through solid targeting and benchmark, campaign execution and its post-evaluation based on ROI, including metrics such as buzz value, engagement, reach, sentiment split.
• construct a targeted influencer database for paid & PR activities of our brands
• identify and engage with chosen influencers and build long-term relationship with them
• create and maintain solid, lasting relationships media network
• be a member of projects based on 360 brand campaigns, where PR/influencer support is needed
• be obliged to track overall competitive environment
• be an active expert for brand management to build better plans and long term thinking
• work closely with internal and external stakeholders: PR/IM & media teams, global teams, CEE brand teams, agencies
• monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits

who we are looking for

• fluency in written and spoken Czech and English (knowledge of Hungarian or Romanian would be also beneficial)
• at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within mid-size or big beauty company on Czech market, on one of other fashion/beauty brands
• solid beauty PR and influencer marketing experience with past successes
• excellent understanding of current trends within PR & IM environment of Czech Republic
• passion about beauty
• knowledge how marketing campaign works and are able to use your PR/influencer expertise as one of its key touchpoints
• ability to construct attractive storytelling for both influencers and media
• team-oriented, straightforward and proactive approach
• excellent presentation and communication skills
