AP coordinator with French

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for maintenance of vendor records in ERP systems
• Interacting with vendors and customers to obtain necessary information and documentation
• Daily processing of requests in various ERP systems
• Ensuring that vendor records are in compliance with company policies, government regulations, and accounting standards
• Evaluating vendor management processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Data analysis and reporting
• Fraud and cyber security threat detection

Location: Prague 3
Limited contract with a possibility of prolongation
